The invention relates to a reusable network cable connector. The reusable network cable connector comprises a crystal head; a plurality of pins are arranged on the upper side of the front end of the crystal head at intervals, a plurality of slots for inserting core wires of a cable are formed in the rear end face of the crystal head, and a puncturing assembly corresponding to the upper space of the slots and a driving assembly for driving the puncturing assembly to move up and down are arranged in the crystal head; the puncturing assembly comprises a sliding seat and a plurality of cutting edges fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sliding seat and used for puncturing the core wires in the slots; and the cutting edges are electrically connected with pins in one-to-one correspondence.
