Out-of-band management system of data center based on IPMI

The invention discloses an out-of-band management system of a data center based on IPMI. The system is characterized in that the out-of-band management system conducts remote access to a BMC chip of a managed server; the BMC chip sends a control command to the BMC chip via a LAN interface based on an IPMI protocol; data information acquired by the BMC chip is fed back to a management platform; data of the management platform is transmitted to a client side; the BMC chip conducts data collection of an out-of-band management monitoring module in the managed server; and the out-of-band management monitoring module comprises a power source management module, a remote control module, a power consumption management module and a log management module.
