Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a color PDLC (polymer dispersed liquid crystal) film and a preparation method thereof. The color PDLC film comprises two transparent conductive ITO (indium tin oxide) film layers and a color polymer-liquid crystal mixed functional layer arranged between the two film layers, wherein the color polymer-liquid crystal mixed functional layer is prepared from a polymer mixture, liquid crystal, an accelerator and color fillers; the polymer mixture is prepared by mixing and stirring curing agents, dispersing agents, functional agents, initiators and synergists. The color PDLC film and the preparation method have the beneficial effects that the color polymer-liquid crystal mixed functional layer is adopted; the color dimming effects newer than the color dimming effects of domestic products at the present stage are obtained by improving the formula details and adding the color fillers, thus expanding the application fields of the smart PDLC film; the production cost of the color PDLC film is sti
