The composite lactobacillus agent consists of Lactobacillus plantarum P-8, Lactobacillus casei Zhang and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.bulgaricus in a ratio of (1.5-2):(1.5-2):(1-1.5); the total viable count of the composite lactobacillus agent is 2.4-3.2*10 cfu/ml. Compounding of the three types of bacteria has a significant effect of promoting growth and metabolism of grapes, and particularly can synergistically increase the total soluble sugar content and the soluble solid content of the grapes, so that the grape quality is improved and planting benefits are enhanced.
