The water tank is arranged below a garbage truck rear door. The sewage collection tank is arranged under the discharge outlet guide plate. A gutter opening of a discharge outlet guide plate gutter is above the sewage collection tank. The water tank communicates with the sewage collection tank through the connection conduit. The discharge outlet guide plate is provided with a discharge outlet guide plate guide groove guiding sewage flowing out of the garbage truck rear door to flow towards the sewage collection tank.
