Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a controllable synthesis method of novel disc-shaped zinc oxide doped with transition metals or rare earth metals. The method comprises the following step that disc-shaped zinc oxide doped with the different metals is synthesized by taking zinc acetate and hexamethylene tetramine as raw materials and adding different metal salts at the temperature of 85 DEG C to 95 DEG C. The particle size of the disc-shaped zinc oxide doped with the metals ranges from 0.5 micrometer to 6.5 micrometers, the thickness of the disc-shaped zinc oxide ranges from 0.2 micrometer to 3.75 micrometers and is controllably adjusted, and in a final solution, the molar concentration ratio of the doped metals to zinc acetate is 0.5% to 4.3%.
