The invention discloses a three-dimensional (3D) gesture control based light emitting diode (LED) dimming control system. The LED dimming control system comprises a microprocessor, wherein the microprocessor is connected with an analog switch through pulse modulation signal output and PIO control, the analog switch is connected with four current amplifiers, the current amplifiers are connected with an infrared emission tube, a receiving tube receives a signal of the infrared emission tube, the infrared emission tube and the receiving tube form a 3D gesture sensing region, the receiving tube is connected with a current/voltage conversion circuit, the current/voltage conversion circuit is sequentially connected with a voltage amplifier, a band-pass filter, an integral circuit, a filter and the microprocessor, and the band-pass filter is connected with the microprocessor.
