The monitor module comprises a parameter determination unit, a state evaluation unit and an early warning unit; a current transformer is arranged in the primary resonance eliminator, and the secondary resonance eliminating device comprises a control unit, a resonance eliminating unit and a display unit. According to the device, an on-line monitoring technique and a resonance eliminating technique are combined to achieve advantage complementary, the efficiency is improved to a greatest extent, and safe and stable operation of equipment is guaranteed.
