The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining an obstacle region in offshore wind plant current collection system topology design, and utilizing a GIS (Geographic Information System) technology to carry out layer processing on the obstacle region; carrying out geometrization processing on the obstacle region processed by the GIS, and obtaining the minimum area rectangular bounding box of the obstacle region; determining the optimization starting point and end point of an obstacle region path, and determining a path region range according to the starting point and the end point; according to the path region range and the minimum area rectangular bounding box, obtaining a path visibility graph which contains the obstacle region; and utilizing an optimal path algorithm to search an optimal path for avoiding an obstacle on the path visibility graph, and finishing the offs
