The invention discloses a control method, which is used for screen display of an electronic apparatus. The control method comprises the steps of recording a continuous turn-on duration of a screen; and controlling a background color of the screen to be changed to a predetermined color when the continuous turn-on duration is greater than a predetermined duration. In addition, the invention discloses a control apparatus.
