Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a continuous casting waste heat recovery and utilization device. The continuous casting waste heat recovery and utilization device comprises a waste heat boiler heating surface and a conveying device which is arranged below the waste heat boiler heating surface and used for conveying continuous castings. A steam pocket is further included. An upper header set is arranged at one end of the waste heat boiler heating surface. The upper header set is connected with the steam pocket through an ascending pipeline. The steam pocket is connected with a hot water circulating pump and the head end of a bypass pipeline through a descending pipeline. The hot water circulating pump and the tail end of the bypass pipeline are connected with a lower header set through a flowmeter. The lower header set communicates with each heated pipe of the waste heat boiler heating surface. A flexible heat conduction material easy to dismount and dismount is arranged between the lower side of the waste heat boiler
