Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of smoke-gas treatment in the metallurgical industry, and aims at providing a method for reducing dioxin generation of an incinerator from a source. The method comprises the following steps: taking sludge or dirty waste oil generated during a steel production process as an incineration material, mixing and uniformly stirring the incineration material with waste anion resin coming from a water treatment device to obtain an incineration mixture, wherein the mass of the resin occupies 20-40% of the mass of the incineration material in the incineration mixture; conveying the incineration mixture to an incineration furnace and incinerating, and further decomposing and incinerating in a secondary combustion chamber; and enabling the waste gas generated by the incineration to enter a stabilizer and rapidly cooling, then conveying the waste gas to a dust remover and removing the pollutants of dust and SO2, thus realizing final emission.
