The drying section grate, the combustion section grate and the burnout section grate are of the same modular structure and each comprises a grate support frame. Side frame bodies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each grate support frame, and multiple modular incineration grate units which are arranged in a stepped manner are arranged on the portion, between the side frame bodies, of each grate support frame.
