The invention provides a profile control technology of an oilfield water injection well. The profile control technology comprises the following steps of (1) preparation of a profile control agent: adjusting the proportional ratio of components of the profile control agent to prepare a primary profile control agent, a secondary profile control agent and a tertiary profile control agent of which the strengths are increased; (2) sectional water injection: sequentially injecting the primary profile control agent, the secondary profile control agent and the tertiary profile control agent into the oilfield water injection well, and performing profile control construction, wherein the profile control agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.3-0.5% of polyacrylamide, 0.3-3% of organic chrome crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.2% of additive, and the balance of water.
