Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a metal-glass-ceramics composite material resisting molten aluminum corrosion and a preparation method thereof. The metal-glass-ceramics composite material resisting molten aluminum corrosion comprises, by mass percentage, 25-35% of B2O3, 25-35% of SiO2, 5-10% of MgO, 10-15% of ZnO and 15-25% of Al, wherein the sum of mass fractions of the raw materials is 100%. Firstly, reliable sintering of a coating is achieved through viscoelastic liquidity of glass in the low-temperature area and liquidity of Al melts in the high-temperature area; secondly, Al2O3 generated by Al oxidation and an oxide layer (ferric oxide) on the surface of a metal matrix form FeAl2O4 spinel, and thermal shock resistance of the coating is improved remarkably; and thirdly, MgO in the glass not only can promote growth of the spinel, but also forms MgAl2(SiO3)4 crystals on the interface of the coating and the matrix, and greatly improves the adhesive force of the coating.
