Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of food packaging materials, in particular to a preparation method for an environment-friendly emulsion membrane material. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing sodium caseinate into an aqueous solution, and after fully hydrating the sodium caseinate, adding glycerine with the mass of 10 to 40 percent of that of the sodium caseinate and an oil phase with the mass of 5 to 30 percent of that of the sodium caseinate, wherein the oil phase is formed by mixing eatable grease and ethyl acetate; S2, pre-homogenizing the material which is obtained in the step S1 by using a high-speed dispersing machine, and then performing secondary homogenization by adopting a high-pressure micro-jet nano-homogenizer; S3, performing rotary evaporation on the material which is obtained in the step S2, removing the ethyl acetate, and drying to obtain the eatable environment-friendly emulsion membrane material.
