Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for increasing the protein crystallization success rate by applying cyclodextrin as seed crystals. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a protein solution is prepared; secondly, the cyclodextrin is added, and a protein crystallization system is established; finally, observation under a microscope is conducted, and the number of conditions of generating protein crystals is counted. According to the method, by adding the cyclodextrin and derivatives thereof into the crystallization system, the crystal nucleation probability is increased, and then the protein crystallization success rate is effectively increased; the highest crystallization success rate can be increased by 5 times or above of a control group without adding the cyclodextrin in the prior art.
