Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preparing high strength cement clinker from printing and dyeing sludge. The method effectively uses printing and dyeing sludge and iron slag, reduces pollution and realizes waste use. The method utilizes whitewash to pretreat printing and dyeing sludge so that sterilization is realized and a solution is formed in later clinker production processes. The method utilizes raw materials with wide sources, has simple processes and can produce a product with strength greatly higher than that of the conventional cement. 本发明公开了种利用印染污泥制备高强度水泥熟料的方法，有效利用了印染污泥和铁渣，减少了污染，实现了废物利用；采用了石灰水先对印染污泥进行预处理，方面可以杀菌，另方面有利于后续熟料生产过程中形成共溶体；该产品原材料来源广泛、生产工艺简单、产品比常规的水泥强度高很多。
