The intermittent sterilization method includes that traditional Chinese herbs are pretreated according to a conventional method to obtain the herbal coarse powder which is subjected to processes of bacteria propagulum sterilization, growth of hypopus and secondary bacteria propagulum sterilization to obtain the herbal coarse powder in line with microbial limit requirements; broken-wall decoction pieces are obtained via wall breaking and smashing, soft material making, drying and inner packaging. The intermittent sterilization method almost has little effect on efficacy of herbs, microbial limit of the obtained herbs meets requirements, and medication safety and efficiency can be guaranteed. 本发明提供种药材粗粉的间歇式灭菌方法，将中药药材按常规方法进行预处理后，得到的药材粗粉进行杀细菌繁殖体、休眠体生长、再次杀细菌繁殖体过程得到符合微生物限度的要求的药材粗粉，再经过破壁粉碎、制软材、制粒、干燥、内包制得破壁饮片。本发明提供的方法对药材的药效几无影响，所得产品的微生物限度符合要求，能保证用药安全和有效。
