Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a freeze-drying preparation of plasminogen, in particular to a preparation method of the freeze-drying preparation of plasminogen. The preparation method is characterized by including the steps: (1) taking purified plasminogen samples, using buffer solution containing sodium chloride, sodium citrate and trometamol with the pH being 6.0-7.5 for ultrafiltration dialysis, and concentrating till the centration of plasminogen is 3-6%; (2) adding glycine, mannitol and sucrose or combination thereof as well as sodium chloride, sodium citrate and trometamol into the solution obtained in the step (1) to commonly form a freeze-drying protective agent; (3) using a degerming filter membrane of 0.45 microns and 0.2 microns for filtering prior to freeze drying. 本发明提供了种人纤维蛋白溶解酶原的冻干制剂,具体地种人纤维蛋白溶解酶原的冻干制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:1)取纯化后的人纤维蛋白溶解酶原样品,用含有氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、氨基丁三醇,pH6.0~7.5的缓冲液进行超滤透析,浓缩至人纤维蛋白溶解酶原的浓度为3%~6%;2)在步骤1)所得溶液中添加甘氨酸、甘露醇、蔗糖或几种的组合与氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、氨基丁三醇共同构成冻干保护剂;3)用0.45μm和0.2μm除菌滤膜过滤后,进行冻干。
