Application of pinocembrin to preparation of anti-cerebral hemorrhage drugs

The invention discloses application of pinocembrin to preparation of anti-cerebral hemorrhage drugs. Cerebral hemorrhage includes transformational hemorrhage caused by the incidence of cerebral embolism, thrombolytic drugs and other factors. Experimental study finds that pinocembrin can alleviate hematopedesis of cerebral infarction areas after incidence of cerebral embolism in rats, can effectively alleviate hemorrhagic transformation during use of thrombolytic drugs, and significantly reduce the rat death phenomenon caused by cerebral hemorrhage. Pinocembrin can be used for preparation of drugs treating cerebral hemorrhage and hemorrhage caused by hemorrhagic transformation and the adverse effects of thrombolytic agents, relieve secondary hemorrhage of ischemic areas and improve prognosis of patients. 本发明公开了匹诺塞林在制备治疗脑出血药物中的应用，脑出血包括脑栓塞发病后和因溶栓药物等因素引起的转化性出血。实验研究发现，匹诺塞林能够减轻大鼠脑栓塞发病后梗死脑区的血液渗出，能够有效减轻使用溶栓药物时的出血性转化，显著降低因脑出血造成的大鼠死亡现象。匹诺塞林可用于制备治疗脑出血和出血性转化和溶栓剂副作用引起的出血的药物，缓解缺血区的继发性出血，改善患者预后。
