The present invention relates to a single immersive visual operation training visualization system and method. The system comprises a top projection box, a main display ball and a bottom projection box. The main display ball includes a spherical surface and a window shade, the inner surface of the spherical surface is a front projection screen, and the window shade is arranged at one opening side of the spherical surface; the top projection box is internally provided with a first projector and a second projector which employ a front projection mode to project on the front projection screen to form a spherical zone image; and the upper surface of the bottom projection box is a back projection screen, and the bottom projection box is internally provided with a third projector which employs a back projection mode to project on the back projection screen to form a semicircle image.
