The waterproof and ventilation device comprises an air inducing and water prevention device and an air outlet device; the air inducing and water prevention device is composed of a grid arranged at the front part, a water prevention box arranged in the middle and a circular water leakage pipe arranged at the rear part; the air outlet device is composed of a sealing shell and an air outlet pipe which is in seamless connection with the sealing shell.
