The invention discloses/provides an interview training method and equipment for virtual reality. The interview training method comprises the steps: the equipment for virtual reality is acquired, wherein the equipment comprises a pair of virtual reality eyeglasses, a virtual reality earphone, a simulated real interview scene providing unit and a sound recording unit; the simulated real interview scene providing unit provides a picture of a simulated real interview scene to the virtual reality eyeglasses, then, the virtual reality eyeglasses provide a 3D picture of the simulated real interview scene to an interview trainee, the simulated real interview scene providing unit provides sound of the simulated real interview scene to the virtual reality earphone, and then, the virtual reality earphone provides stereophonic sound of the simulated real interview scene to the interview trainee; the sound recording unit records interviewing replies of the interview trainee and stores the interviewing replies; grading is
