Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a microsphere operating device based on optical fibers and a microimaging system. The microsphere operating device comprises a laser device, optical fiber beam splitters and the multiple optical fibers. The optical fibers at least comprise two optical fibers which are located in the first plane perpendicular to the plane where a microsphere sample is located and are oppositely arranged with the microsphere sample as the center; the optical fibers are located at the same side of the plane where the microsphere sample is located, a preset included angle is formed between the optical fibers and the plane where the microsphere sample is located, each optical fiber has a tail end, and the tail ends of all the optical fibers are over against the microsphere sample; the laser device is connected with the optical fiber beam splitters, and the output ends of the optical fiber beam splitters are correspondingly connected with the optical fibers.
