Method for measuring insolubility index of milk powder

The invention provides a method for measuring insolubility index of milk powder. The method includes the steps: (1) stirring the milk powder and water to obtain mixed liquid; (2) placing the mixed liquid in a graduated centrifugal tube, performing centrifugation and abandoning supernatant; (3) vertically placing the centrifugal tube with an upward orifice for 15-30 minutes and determining the volume of deposits. The method for measuring the insolubility index of the milk powder can be used for accurately detecting the insolubility index of the milk powder, and is simple and convenient in operation and low in cost. 本发明提出了种测定乳粉的不溶度指数的方法。所述方法包括：(1)将乳粉与水进行搅拌，得到混合液；(2)将所述混合液置于具有刻度的离心管中，离心并弃上清；以及(3)将所述离心管管口向上垂直放置15～30min，确定沉淀物的体积。利用本发明的测定乳粉的不溶度指数的方法能够准确地检测出乳粉的不溶度指数，且操作简便，成本低。
