The invention provides a terrain transformation and reconfigurable comprehensive test device and test method. The test device comprises a bearing base and multiple test units which are arranged and fixed on the bearing base. Each test unit comprises a test shell and an adjusting mechanism which is used for adjusting the height position of the test shell. The cross section of the test shell is polygonal. The side surfaces of the adjacent test shells are closely contacted. The upper surfaces of all the test shells are spliced into the simulation terrain and road surface. After the test device of certain scale is constructed, a curve function model established according to the terrain features is utilized, the position coordinates (X, Y) of the test shells are selected, the height Z of the test units is calculated and the height of each test unit is adjusted so that the simulation terrain with different curve features can be obtained.
