The body is hollow, and the cover body is arranged in the body. The bottom of the cover body is opened and is arranged in a reversely-covering manner. The cover body and the body are arranged in a spaced manner, and a channel is formed between the cover body and the body. The watering nozzle is arranged on the inner side of the top of the cover body. One end of the cooling circulation pipeline is connected with the watering nozzle, and the other end of the cooling circulation pipeline communicates with the bottom of the body.
