The invention provides an engine pack and a vehicle with the same. The engine pack comprises an engine, an EGR loop and an EGR valve. The engine is provided with an exhaust passage and an intake manifold; the inlet end of the EGR loop is connected with the exhaust passage, and a pressure stabilization structure is arranged between the outlet end of the EGR loop and the intake manifold; and the EGR valve is arranged on the EGR loop.
