Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for producing a-ketoglutarate through a microbial enzyme process. The method includes: (1), preparing crude enzyme liquid: filtering fermentation liquid of L-glutamate oxidase through a ceramic membrane, removing thalli, and concentrating supernate by 50 times through a reverse osmosis membrane to obtain the crude enzyme liquid for enzyme transformation; (2), performing transformation culture: adding the crude enzyme liquid, H2O2 enzyme and MnCl2 and a substrate sodium glutamate of certain concentration, transforming for 24 h at 37 DEG C and 180 r/min to obtaintransformation liquid containing a-ketoglutarate. A-ketoglutarate is prepared by transforming L-glutamic acid through L-glutamate oxidase.
