The flow gate device comprises a flow gate, a gas burner, and an upper thermal insulation layer and a lower thermal insulation layer arranged on the flow gate, wherein a modular stirring unit is arranged on the flow gate; a stirrer in the modular stirring unit is rotated by a driving motor; the speed of the stirrer is adjusted by a variable frequency controller; the rotating direction of the stirrer is adjusted by a universal joint shaft. According to the invention, the uniformity of the glass melt in a glass feed channel is obviously improved under the condition that high feed requirement is met, and high uniformity level of optical glass is reached.
