The gas scrubbing device comprises a base, an outer bucket, an inner bucket, a waste gas collecting pipe, a water sprinkling structure and a filter part, wherein a water storage tank is arranged inside the base, the outer bucket is connected to the upper portion of the base and is communicated with the water storage tank. The inner bucket is accommodated in the outer bucket and is configurated above the water storage tank, the inner bucket is provided with an annular wall, an inner top wall formed at the top end of the annular wall and an opening formed in the bottom end of the annular wall, and the opening is mutally communicated with the water storage tank. The waste gas collecting pipe penetrates through the outer bucket and the inner bucket and is provided with a gas inlet formed in the inner top wall.
