The capsella bursa-pastoris pastry is made from, by weight, 60-80 parts of flour, 20-30 parts of capsella bursa-pastoris, 5-8 parts of licorice roots, 2-5 parts of honeysuckle flowers, 1-3 parts of herba ecliptae, 5-10 parts of vegetable oil, 3-5 parts of baking powder, 0.5-1 part of honey and 50-75 parts of water. The making method comprises the following steps that 1, a capsella bursa-pastoris extracting solution is made; 2, auxiliary materials are smashed; 3, the rest weight of water is heated to 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C, vegetable oil and other materials are added by weight, the capsella bursa-pastoris extracting solution and the honey are added by weight, and the materials are slowly stirred till a flowable thin paste is formed; 4, leavening is conducted; 5, shaping and baking are conducted.
