The cutting propagation method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a proper breeding place to establish a Myrtus communis Variegata female parent cutting orchard; 2) carrying out cuttage by adopting a 128-cavity plate; 3) carrying out cuttage one time every year, wherein proper cuttage time is the first ten days of September; 4) carrying out cuttage by a greenhouse elevated seedbed; 5) in 40 days after cuttage, beginning to carry out hardening-seedling since about 70% of scions root.
