Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a real-time discharge detection method and device for micro electrical discharge machining of metal-ceramic functional gradient materials, relates to a discharge detection technology for micro electrical discharge machining of metal-ceramic functional gradient materials, and aims to realize accurate and real-time detection on the discharge state. The method comprises: detecting the discharge voltage between an electrode and a workpiece; converting the discharge voltage into three digital signals respectively; and judging the discharge state of each discharge pulse according to the quantity of rising edges of three digital signals of each discharge pulse.
