The adjustable power frequency trapped wave network is arranged in two phases needing to be monitored in a power grid, and at least comprises a power grid signal sampling module, a phase inverting module, a measurement sampling module and an offset module. The power grid signal sampling module is mainly used to obtain a power frequency voltage signal of a power grid live wire in the power grid, the measurement sampling module is mainly used to obtain an interference signal after an isolation transformer is injected in the power grid live wire, the phase inverting module is used to invert the phase of the interference signal to obtain a phase inverting reference signal, and the offset module is used to offset the phase inverting reference signal and the power frequency voltage signal and connect an offset time domain signal to an oscilloscope.
