Submerged arc furnace electrode depth measurement system

The invention provides a submerged arc furnace electrode depth measurement system which is composed of a data acquisition module, a power module and a computer processing module. The data acquisition module comprises a voltage detection unit, a current detection unit and a large current transformer. Primary side voltage, compensating side voltage and low voltage side voltage are measured by the voltage detection unit. Primary side current and compensating side current are measured by the current detection unit. The low voltage side current signals are converted into voltage signals to be transmitted to the voltage detection unit by the large current transformer so as to acquire low voltage side current. The power module calculates active power and reactive power of an electric furnace according to the acquired voltage and current parameters.
