Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a process for drying apricots through combination of hot air and an electric field. In the whole drying process, the apricots are always located in a combined action field of the hot air and the electric field, and all stages are controlled according to weight changes of the apricots. The whole apricot drying process is divided into five stages. Drying is finished when the weight of the apricots is changed to 24-25% of the initial weight of the apricots. The apricots dried through the process are uniform in color, strong in aroma, uniform in shrinkage and high in yield, the commodification of the dried apricots is greatly improved, and the process has broad application prospects.
本发明提出了种杏子热风联合电场干燥工艺,整个干燥过程中,杏子始终处于热风和电场的联合作用场内,各个阶段是根据杏子重量变化进行控制,杏子干燥的整个过程分为五个阶段,当杏子的重量变化为最初重量的24~25%时干燥结束,该工艺干燥的杏子色泽均匀、香味浓厚、收缩均匀,成品率高,极大提升了杏干的商品性,具有广阔的应用前景。 |
