The welding-free multidirectional adjustable post-embedded part comprises a post-embedded plate body. Kidney-shaped through holes extending in the transverse direction are formed in the four corners of the post-embedded plate body correspondingly, two variable-diameter through holes extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in the middle of the post-embedded plate body, and the two variable-diameter through holes are symmetrically arranged with respect to the longitudinal centerline of the post-embedded plate body. Each variable-diameter through hole comprises a square through hole body and a trapezoidal through hole body which are mutually connected, wherein the trapezoidal through hole body is provided with a thread.
