The glossy-silk scroop finishing agent is milk-white fluid in outer experience with freezing point being under 10DEG C and PH (potential of hydrogen) ranging from 6 to 7 and solid content being smaller than or equal to 45%, and steady uniform dispersion in water solution is achieved. The glossy-silk scroop finishing agent is non-toxic, pollution-free, sufficient in biological degradability, obvious in oily feel and silk scroop effect, storage stability is achieved, the agent can be used in finishing process of pure-cotton jacquard cloth and well compatible with other finishing agents.
