Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses Y2O3 alloying Ti-8Si-1.4Zr alloy and a preparation method thereof. The Y2O3 alloying Ti-8Si-1.4Zr alloy is characterized by comprising the preparation raw materials of Ti powder, Si powder, Zr powder and nano Y2O3 powder. The preparation method includes the steps that first, the Ti powder, the Si powder, the Zr powder and the nano Y2O3 powder are subjected to high-energy ball milling after being mixed evenly so as to achieve partial alloying; then, the ball-milled powder is sieved and dried; afterwards, the dried powder is subjected to compression molding to form a pressing block; and at last, sufficient alloying is realized through vacuum pressureless sintering. The Ti-8Si-1.4Zr-xY2O3 alloy surface achieves component homogeneity, fracture toughness, oxidation resistance and the like are improved to a certain degree, and the alloy has a wide application prospect in the fields of aerospace, transportation and weapons.
