Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hot pressing recycling method for an arsenic-containing and sulfur-containing hard-to-process gold ore. The processed gold ore contains 10-20g/t of Au, 4-20% of S, 20-30% of Fe, 0.5-18% of As, 5-10% of carbonate and smaller than or equal to 0.8% of Cu, wherein more than 80% of Au is coated with sulfide; the operation steps comprise: the gold ore is subjected to wet type ball milling and concentration adjusting and is then pre-acidified; afterwards, ore pulp is hot-pressed and oxidized; the oxidized ore pulp is condensed, and overflow fluid is returned to a pre-acidifying process; clear water is added to the condensed bottom flow to adjust the pulp till the mass concentration of the ore pulp is 25-30%, and the concentrations of Fe and sulfuric acid in a liquid phase are controlled; then thiourea is added for acid leaching, the concentration of the thiourea in the liquid phase is controlled to be 0.1%-0.48%, and air agitation is performed; and finally, by filtering, washing, feedin |
