Rice steaming device and rice steaming method for rice wine brewing

The invention discloses a rice steaming device and a rice steaming method for rice wine brewing. The device comprises a cylindrical container, rice steaming containers, a steam generator, a steam converter, cylindrical steam introducing brackets, a pressure pump, a steam collecting tank, a water collecting pond and a cylindrical container cover. The rice steaming containers are placed in the cylindrical container; three rice steaming containers can be placed in each cylindrical container; the rice steaming containers are stacked vertically in sequence. According to the rice steaming device and the rice steaming method, soaked raw materials are placed in the rice steaming containers, and the steam generator is started to heat for 8 to 10 minutes by utilizing steam. Compared with the conventional rice steaming device, the rice steaming amount of each time can be greatly increased and the heating time can be reduced by steaming the rice by utilizing the device; moreover, the steam required for steaming the rice
