The invention discloses a light ceramsite foam concrete plate and a preparation method thereof. The light ceramsite foam concrete plate comprises the following components in percentage: 28-30% of ordinary Portland cement of grade 42.5, 8-10% of first-class coal ash, 30-35% of water, 5-10% of bubbles, 0.2-0.4% of a coal ash activating agent, 1-2% of lime, 0.3-0.6% of gypsum and 15-20% of ceramsite.
