The lifting mechanism is arranged at one end of the reel feeding mechanism and located below the wire reel clamping and rotating mechanism. The reel feeding mechanism conveys wire reels onto the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism lifts the wire reels to the wire reel clamping and rotating mechanism. The wire reel clamping and rotating mechanism clamps the wire reels and drives the wire reels to perform rotary wire wrapping.
