The protection wall device is arranged at the upper ends of trusses on the two sides of the shopping trolley conveying system and comprises inner protection walls (4) arranged on the two sides of a shopping trolley, strengthening ribs (5) arranged on the back faces of the inner protection walls (4) in the length direction of the trusses in an extending manner, vertical supports (2) vertically arranged on the outer sides of the inner protection walls (4), and connecting pieces (1) fixed to the vertical supports (2). The connecting pieces (1) extend towards the inner protection walls (4) and are provided with clamping hooks bent upwards. The lower ends of the strengthening ribs (5) are clamped in the clamping hooks of the connecting pieces (1).
