A feeding mechanism, a wire twisting mechanism, a multi-pulley terminal mounting mechanism, a rotary grooved wheel grabbing mechanism and a welding mechanism are arranged on the upper surface of the movable base. The wire twisting mechanism is located between the feeding mechanism and the multi-pulley terminal mounting mechanism. The wire twisting mechanism is higher than the feeding mechanism and the multi-pulley terminal mounting mechanism. The rotary grooved wheel grabbing mechanism is arranged opposite to the feeding mechanism, the wire twisting mechanism and the multi-pulley terminal mounting mechanism.
