Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rooting culture medium and a rooting culture method for cyclocarya paliurus test-tube seedlings. Each liter of the rooting culture medium is prepared from 0.5-2.0 mg of modified MS+IBA, 0-2.0 mg of IAA, 0.02-0.1 mg of diethylaminoethyl hexanoate and 15-20 g of saccharose, and the pH is 5.5-6.0. Each liter of modified MS is prepared from macroelements including 700 mg of potassium nitrate, 600 mg of ammonium nitrate, 185 mg of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 60 mg of monopotassium phosphate and 165 mg of calcium chloride dihydrate, organic compounds including 100 mg of inositol, 1 mg of niacin, 1 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.2 mg of thiamine hydrochloride and 2 mg of glycine, and microelements the same as those of an MS culture medium. By adopting the culture medium for rooting culture of cyclocarya paliurus test-tube seedlings, the rooting rate is larger than or equal to 70%.
