Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of plant tissue culture, and particularly relates to a rooting medium for culturing tissue culture seedlings of blueberries and a culturing method thereof. The rooting medium is prepared from 1/3WPM (Wooden Plant Medium) modified by a basic culture medium, 4mg/L IBA (Iso Butyl Alcohol) and 300mg/L activated carbon. The culturing method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high efficiency and time saving; the cost for producing the tissue culture seedlings is low, the average cost per seedling is 1.2 RMB, the obtained blueberry tissue culture seedlings are consistent in inheritable character, and the disadvantage of low conventional propagation coefficient is overcome. 本发明涉及植物组织培养技术领域，具体来说是种用于蓝莓组培苗培养的生根培养基及其培养方法，培养基为基本培养基改良1/3WPM+4mg/L IBA+300mg/L活性炭。本发明的方法具有高效省时的特点，生产组培苗的成本低廉，平均每株种苗成本1.2元/株，得到的蓝莓组培苗，遗传性状致，克服了常规繁殖系数低的缺点。
