Zusammenfassung:The medium silicon wear-resistance mangancese steel contains 1.55-5% Si, 0.9-1.8% C, 6-14% Mn, 0.02-0.1% P,0.01-0.1% S and 0-1.8% Cu and adopts the compound deterioration treatment to obtain the cast structure with great amount of spheroidal carbonide distributed on the austenite. The combination of different ingredient material can make it under the treatment of cast structure or lower temp. water toughening meet the required performance used a different wearing modes of impact operation. Said invention has higher matching between toughness and hardness to improve the abrasion-resistance significantly. The advantages are low cost, simple process and excellent abrasion-resistance, it is suitable for making abrasion resistant pieces used in different wearig modes of impact operation.
